Welcome to CGI-TEAM™!

This program will outline of the benefits, format, and expectations to help you define and achieve your goals, achieve a greater sense of balance and personal satisfaction, and even help you make (and keep) more money! 

Our purpose is to make 2004 your most productive, most satisfying and most profitable year ever! The word TEAM stands for "Together Everyone Achieves Miracles" and that is exactly what happens in this group!

Purpose of the Group:

The purpose of the group is to help you take your personal life and your business to that "next level" where automatic systems, the principles of attraction, and a strong foundation replace "trying", "striving", "effort" and "work". Our purpose is that each member will take their business and their life from where they are now to an effortless, well-oiled "perfection" that works for you, rather than you working "on" it.  In the process, you may attract more customers or develop new services or profit centers, become more efficient, even make and keep more money, but our primary objective is to coach you to build and live the life you truly want.

What You Will Get:

  • Weekly ACTION PLANS.  Every week, you'll receive a worksheet, questionnaire or inspiration to help you zero in on your TOP priorities and develop effective strategies
     
  • Weekly GROUP CALLS (9 of them!) and the synergy, energy and enthusiasm of working with others to reach your goals
     
  • A BUDDY (if you wish) with whom to share your thinking process and clarify exactly WHAT you want, WHERE you are going, and the BEST way to get there
     
  • The RESOURCES of the group to expand your network, enrich your ideas, solve problems and develop strategies
     
  • Time to focus on YOU and YOUR FUTURE
     
  • Coaching from Dr Humbert and access to his expertise, experience and strategies about what REALLY WORKS!

The Structure and Focus:

The group will consist of 6-12 people and we will meet on three Mondays per month, from September through November, 2004.  The group will be led by Dr. Philip Humbert, and we will focus on:

   1.  Defining your goals and how they support you in defining and achieving your specific daily objectives (September's key focus)

   2.  Removing clutter and developing effective and effortless results-oriented strategies to get you what you want (October)

   3.  Taking Action! In the end, "nothing changes until something changes" and we will ruthlessly and tirelessly focus on getting things done! (All three months, especially ending strong in November!)

Our Schedule:
  CGI-TEAM meets 4:00 to 5:00 PM ET on Mondays

We will meet three Mondays each month for three months, from September into November, 2004.  The group may be extended, based on the decisions of the group and Dr Humbert, but your commitment is only 3 months.

We will meet on:

Monday, Sept 13th, from 4:00 to 5:00 PM Eastern time
Monday, Sept 20th, from 4:00 to 5:00 PM Eastern time
Monday, Sept 27th, from 4:00 to 5:00 PM Eastern time

Monday, Oct, 4th, from 4:00 to 5:00 PM Eastern time
Monday, Oct, 11th, from 4:00 to 5:00 PM Eastern time
Monday, Oct, 18th, from 4:00 to 5:00 PM Eastern time

Monday, Nov 1st, from 4:00 to 5:00 PM Eastern time
Monday, Nov 8th, from 4:00 to 5:00 PM Eastern time
Monday, Nov 15th, from4:00 to 5:00 PM Eastern time

We will meet on a telephone "bridge" line and the number will be provided before our first call. Also, be sure to adjust for time zones and note that the times listed above are Eastern (New York) time. Our groups will begin at:

  3:00 PM Central (Chicago) time
  2:00 PM Mountain (Denver) time
  1:00 PM Pacific (Los Angeles) time

The Cost:

The cost of the group is $150 per month, with a 3-month commitment, from September through November. Fees will be billed to your credit card on the first of each month for that month's participation.  There are no refunds.

What is Expected of Participants:

It is expected that participants will be people who have the time, desire, experience and commitment to participate in the discussions, to contribute their wisdom, business solutions and expertise, and who can and will keep their commitments to themselves and to the group. We expect a lot from you in terms of commitment and performance - please understand this!

It is expected that you are prepared to try new things, that you have the reserves and willingness to experiment (knowing that some experiments will "fail"), that you will tell the truth about yourself, your business, and your results. It is expected that you will adjust your schedule to attend the group sessions, and that you will offer support, information and encouragement to the other group members.  

Confidentiality and Safety:

It is understood and AGREED that all information, both personal and professional, that is exchanged, shared or disclosed in the group will be held in absolute confidentiality!  There can be no compromise and no excuses on this issue.  Safety and trust are fundamental.

Group members agree that they will NEVER disclose or share information about other members with anyone outside the group.  Group members also agree that they will NEVER use any proprietary information, intellectual property, concepts or business strategies without first obtaining full, explicit permission from the group member who remains the sole owner of such property.
